  • Examination Schedule: June 2017

  • New York Offers Free Tuition at 2- and 4-Year Colleges under new Excelsior Scholarship Program

    Parents and students can now take advantage of New York's new Excelsior Scholarships -- and a tuition-free college education - if they attend a SUNY or CUNY 2- or 4-year degree program, take 30 credits per year, maintain good academic standing and graduate within 2 or 4 years.

    This program starts immediately and is available for students whose families earn up to $100,000 annually beginning in fall 2017.  It will extend to families making up to $125,000 annually by 2019.  The application is available on June 9.

  • Send Our Calendar Events to Your Personal Calendar

    If you use a calendar from Google, Office 365, or Outlook on your desktop or mobile device, you can now subscribe to our school calendar and send its events to your personal calendar software.

     If you have never done this in your calendar, search online for how to import an online calendar to your calendar software using an iCal link.

     Then, just follow these 3 steps:

    1.    On the school home page, scroll down to What’s Happening and click on the icon for the Monthly View

    2.    You’ll now see a “Subscribe” button at the top left of the calendar.  Click on it.

    3.    Copy the URL that pops up and paste it into your personal calendar software

  • Visit the Weekly College Guidance News Page

    The Guidance Department has created a Google Classroom page for each grade where you can find college-related information including open houses, scholarship information and other important news.   Login here and use the appropriate code:

    Don't miss this College Athletics Recruiting presentation on THURSDAY 2/16 @ 7:00 pm at Hommocks Middle School, 130 Hommocks Rd in Larchmont.

    Speaker March Leinweaver of PERFECT PLAYCEMENT is an MLB agent who educates parents, students and coaches on how to best approach the college selection and "recruitment" process - starting with a simple, realistic and logical plan to playing at the next level.  His philosophy begins with student-athletes who actively participate on their varsity high school and summer teams and want to play at the college level.  He says you HAVE TO identify and secure that "perfect" college first and the sport second.
